Can I cancel the order?
Of course, if your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it for you.
If the order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it, but you can return it to us for a refund.

Can I shop from my mobile device?
of course! You can use your your computer, laptop or mobile device to shop.

Can I change the order and add other products or delete them?
Unfortunately. After the order has confirmed, the details cannot be modified. To purchase other items, you must place a new order. To return any item, please refer to our return policy.

Order Status
Orders being prepared:
The order has been confirmed and we have sent a confirmation email containing the order number.

Order has been shipped:
After shipping from our warehouse, we will immediately send you a confirmation email with a tracking number to track the delivery.
